The children with or without blood sugar problem will have 135mg/dl reading due to their lack of sleeping time. In comparison, 110 mg/dl was categorized into pre-diabetic and 126 mg/dl is diabetes.

Dr. Zhijie Yu also point out that to maintain our blood sugar level, we have to get enough sleeping time as well as in adults. The results of this research are published in the Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.
